At medicinal garden student got themselves acquainted with plants of medicinal value like Neem, Kachnar, Tejpatta, Amla, Mango, Curry patta, Putranjeeva, Ashoka, Arjuna, Jamun, Bahera, Harar, Rati, Kanghi, Vacha, Apamarg, Vasaka, Ghrit kumari, Satavari, Kalmegh, Brahmi, Aak, Sadabahar, Aparajita, Haldi, Lemon grass, Krishna Datura, Mehendi, Mint varieties, Lajwanti, Kaunch, Kaner, Kali tulsi, Ram tulsi, Kapur tulsi, Tulsi, Kapur tulsi, Sarpagandha, Babchi, Ashwagandha, Bach, Vasaka, Anantmula, Kapur, Kaner, Akarkara and many more. In botanical garden, our students saw Ephedra, Lotus and different varieties of cactus.
They also had a glimpse of nursery-cum-research block comprising of a green shade net-house and a poly-house. Here, the students also learnt the techniques pertaining to works like raising and maintenance of nursery, rising of plantations, raising of shrubs and also got awareness about floral heritage of India.
